Section 1

1) Both arms JUM-SAO -downward (see also: Glossary – Puo Jung)

2)  Double inward GARN-SAO

3)  Left hand centreline Straight Punch  (see also: Glossary – Yut-Jee Chung-Cheu)

HUEN-SAO      

Chamber

4)  Right hand centerline Straight Punch  (see also: Glossary – Yut-Jee Chung-Cheu)     

HUEN-SAO    

Chamber

5)  Left hand TARN-SAO towards the centre  (see also: Glossary – Ping Tarn Sao)

6)  HUEN-SAO turn into WU-SAO

7)  Turn into FOOK-SAO

8)  Turn into WU-SAO

9)  Turn into FOOK-SAO

10) Turn into WU-SAO

11) PARK-SAO towards the right shoulder (see also: Glossary – Jut Pak Sao)

12) Return to the centre and follow with JING-JOURN palm strike (see also: Glossary – Chaange Jeung)

HUEN-SAO    

Chamber

13) Repeat movements 5 to 12 for the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)

Section 2

14) Left hand Palm downward (see also: Glossary: Gum Sau)

15) Right hand Palm downward (see also: Glossary: Gum Sau)

16) Both hands Palm backward from waist level

17) Both hands Palm forward from waist level

18) Turn into Double LARN-SAO with Left hand on top

19) Both arms FACK-SAO to the opposite sides at shoulder height

20) Back into Double LARN-SAO with right hand on top

21) Pull in the Double LARN-SAO and follow with Double JUM-SAO

22) Turn into Double TARN-SAO

23) Double HUEN-SAO and follow with Double JUT-SAO

24) Thrust with Double BIU-SAO

25) Lower the fully extended arms (Long Bridge) by pressing your wrist downward

26) Bring up the fully extended arms (Long Bridge) by lifting your wrist upward

27) Left hand JING-JOURN palm towards the right shoulder

28) Left Upper WANG-JOURN strikes from the centre    

HUEN-SAO

29) Right hand JING-JOURN palm towards the left shoulder

30) Right Upper WANG JOURN palm strikes from the centre

32) Down to GARN-SAO

33) Back to TARN-SAO

34) HUEN-SAO into a low WANG-JOURN strike

46) Rotate and pull up the Left hand and scrape down with Right hand

47) Left hand Straight Punch      Right hand protects the body
