1) Start in a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA Both arms JUM-SAO downward
2) Double LARP-SAO Chamber
3) Left hand straight punch HUEN-SAO Chamber
4) Right hand straight punch HUEN-SAO Chamber
5) Double JUM-SAO to the front
6) Shift into a Right Stance with LARN-SAO (double Larn-Sao left hand on top) to the left
7) Shift into a Left Stance with LARN-SAO to the right/ Shift into a Right Stance with LARN-SAO to the left
8) Double FACK-SAO to the front
9) Turn into Double TARN-SAO
10) Right hand snap to the left with Left hand TARN-SAO lift (snap) upward
11) Left hand snap to right with Right hand turns into TARN-SAO and lift upward
12) Right hand snap to the left with Left hand turns into TARN-SAO and lift upward
13) Right hand JING-JOURN Left hand WU-SAO
14) Left hand JING-JOURN Right hand WU-SAO
15) Right hand JING-JOURN Left hand Chamber
16) Shift into a Left Stance with Right hand LARN-SAO towards the back
17) Shift into a Right Stance with Right hand BONG-SAO / Left hand WU-SAO

28) Shift into a Right Stance with Left hand LARN-SAO Kick with Left foot
29) Slide rear leg forward with Right hand BONG-SAO / Left hand WU-SAO

41) Slide rear leg forward and form a Double Low BONG-SAO
42) Turn into a Double TARN-SAO
43) BIU-MA (Stepping) with Double Low BONG-SAO
44) Turn into a Double TARN-SAO
45) BIU-MA (Stepping) with Double Low BONG-SAO
46) Turn into a Double TARN-SAO
47) Lead leg takes a half step forward and level up with the rear foot / Double HUEN-SAO into Double JUT-SAO
48) Double palm strikes to the front HUEN-SAO Chamber
49) Slide right foot half a step backward and turn body around then Kick with Right foot
50) Repeat movement 41 to 48 for the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)
51) Pivot sideways and kick with your left leg
52) Land the Left foot / Shift into a Left stance with Left hand PARK-SAO
53) Shift into a Right Stance with Right hand PARK-SAO
54) Shift into a Left Stance with Left hand PARK-SAO
55) Shift into Right Stance with Right hand Straight Punch
