Note: these movements are based on the form as presented by Ip Ching.

1)  Start in a SIL-LIM-TO-MA      Both arms JUM-SAU downward

2) Double LARP-SAO                    Chamber

3) Left hand Straight Punch

4) HUEN-SAO into a palm (left/right x 3 times, up/down x 3 times)

         HUEN-SAO             Chamber

5) Right hand Straight Punch

6) HUEN-SAO into a palm (right/left x 3 times, up/down x 3 times)

         HUEN-SAO             Chamber

7) Shift into a Left Stance with Left hand CUP-JERN to the right

8) Shift into a Right Stance with Right hand CUP-JERN to the left

9) Shift into a Left Stance with Left hand CUP-JERN to the right

10) Right hand BIU-SAO striking from the left armpit

11) Right foot takes half a step forward, level the step with the rear foot and Left hand BIU-SAO striking out from the right armpit

12) HUEN-SAO         Chamber

13) Left foot slides out (backward) in a half circle

14) Right foot pull in towards left foot then slide out in a half circle to get back into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA

15) Repeat movements 7 to 14 the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)

16) Shift into a Left Stance with Left hand CUP-JERN to the right

17) Right hand BIU-SAO striking from the left armpit

18) Right foot takes half a step forward, level the step with the rear foot and Left hand BIU-SAO striking out from the right armpit

19) HUEN-SAO       Chamber

20) Left foot slides out (backward) in a half circle

21) Right foot pull in towards left foot then slide out in a half circle to get back into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA

22) Repeat movements 16 to 21 for the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)

23) Shift into a Left Stance with Left hand CUP-JERN to the right

24) Right hand BIU-SAO striking from the left armpit

25) Right hand LARP-SAO and Left hand Upper WANG-JOURN

26 Shift into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA with Left hand FACK-SAO

27) Left hand FOOK-SAO to the center and follow with JUT-SAO

28) Right hand TUT-SAO (Freeing Hand)        HUEN-SAO       Chamber

29) Repeat movements 23 to 28 for the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)

30) Shift into a Left Stance with Left hand CUP-JERN to the right

31) Right hand BIU-SAO striking from the left armpit

32) Right hand LARP-SAO and Left hand low WANG-JOURN

33) Shift into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA with Left hand FACK-SAO

34) Left hand FOOK-SAO to the center and follow with JUT-SAO

35) Right hand TUT-SAO (Freeing hand)      HUEN-SAO      Chamber

36) Repeat movements 30 to 35 for the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)

37) Left hand BIU-SAO in a Left Stance / Right hand underneath the left armpit

38) Shift into a Right Stance with Right hand BIU-SAO / retreat Left hand to the right armpit

39) Shift into a Left Stance with Left hand BIU-SAO / retreat Right hand to the left armpit

40) Left hand Upper WANG-JOURN strikes to the right / Right hand Chamber

41) Shift into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA with Left hand FACK-SAO

42) Left hand FOOK-SAO to the centre and follow with JUT-SAO

43) Right hand TUT-SAO (Freeing Hand)        HUEN-SAO      Chamber

44) Repeat movements 37 to 43 from the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)

45) Left hand FAK-SAO to the left / Right hand WU-SAO

46) Right hand FACK-SAO to the right / Left hand WU-SAO

47) Left hand FACK-SAO to the left / Right hand WU-SAO

48) Left hand FOOK-SAO to the center and follow with JUT-SAO / Right hand Chamber

49) Shift into a Right Stance with Left hand HUEN-SAO to the left / then shift into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA with FOOK-SAO back to the center (repeat 3 times)

50) Right hand TUT-SAO (Freeing hand)     HUEN-SAO      Chamber

51) Repeat movements 45 to 50 for the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)

52) GARN-SAO in a Left Stance

53) Shift into a Right Stance and GARN-SAO

54) Shift into a Left Stance and GARN-SAO

55) Shift back into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA with Right and FOOK-SAO

56) Left hand TUT-SAO (Freeing hand)     HUEN-SAO     Chamber

57) Repeat movements 52 to 56 for the opposite side (Left switch to right, right switch to left)

58) Extend both arms out in a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA / both arms grab and pull backward while shifting towards the left in a Right Stance

59) Shift back into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA with Left hand straight punch to the front      HUEN-SAO        Chamber

60) Extend both arms out in a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA / both arms grab and pull backward while shifting towards the right into a Left Stance

61) Shift back into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA with Right hand straight punch to the front       HUEN-SAO       Chamber

62) Bend down with both hands reaching down to the floor

63) Lift both arms above the head, straighten the back and sit into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA

64) Hands in JONG-SAO position

65) Shift into a Left Stance with the Left hand straight punch

66) Shift into a Right Stance with the Right hand straight punch

67) Shift into a SIL-LIM-TAO-MA with Left hand straight punch / Right hand Chamber
